All our accommodation includes:

Self catering continental breakfast with in the form of packaged cereals/tea/coffee/milk

Confirming a booking: All we require to confirm your booking are credit card details. No amount will be debited until arrival and you can then choose to pay anyway you wish. If you don’t use a credit card please let us know and we can send you our banking details. We have a secure page for submitting credit card details or they can be phoned in.

Arrival Time: Normally anytime after 1pm. On occasions we can let you in very early but you'd have to inquire. We'll help if we can. Departure Time: Normally by 11am. If there is no one else arriving then the guests are welcome to stay most of the day and continue to use the car at no charge. Best to inquire on arrival. 

Cancellations: We require 30 days notice of cancellation. Notice within the 30 day period will incur a 30% fee; within 7 days or less, 100%. Naturally we will try and re-book your reservation and if successful will waive your cancellation fees.

Cleaning:
 
Please leave the units in tidy condition.They will be serviced after departure. This is included in the rate.
Please note that if the apartment is left excessively messy or the carpet needs cleaning there will be a charge
. 

Conditions for use of the vehicles.
The driver is to show us a current drivers license valid on NZ roads and sign an agreement taking responsibility for the condition of the vehicle whilst in their care.
Also leave it with the same amount of fuel as it was taken.
Otherwise the vehicle is completely free to use.
